What about personal safety and security?

Unsafe behavior is not tolerated at this ranch. Children will learn horse safety before they ride. They will wear helmets whenever riding horses and life vests whenever boating. While they will be expected to do some horse and barn chores, rest breaks will be scheduled as needed. The program director is an experienced, retired paramedic with basic emergency equipment and first-aid supplies.  The West Monroe Fire Department Rescue Squad is 4 miles away and SOVAC ambulance is 10 miles away. Your child is in good hands.
